Underwater Overnight Leak Testing Quality Control for DryCASE
1.) A sheet of special color changing moisture indicating paper is inserted in each DryCASE. This paper will change color at even the smallest amount of moisture makes it's way into the DryCASE.
2.) Then each DryCASE is sealed with a vacuum pump and tube to remove all the air from the case. A hand pump is also left inserted in the DryCASE to make the test even more strenuous. The pump is collapsed inside the case under the vacuum, but is still trying to expand to it's original inflated shape. If it expands it would mean that there is a leak in the case. Our patented vacuum seal technology allows us to test each DryCASE this way to ensure each is completely waterproof.
3.) Each DryCASE is fully submerged underwater for an overnight test. The next day after the underwater test is complete each DryCASE is toughly inspected for any leakage. While we have refined our manufacturing process to all but eliminate defects, any DryCASE found to let even a drop of water in after our overnight test is thrown away.
DryCASE is the only waterproof case that can be tested this way because it's the only waterproof case with the waterproof vacuum seal!
